These Terms of Use set the rules for using the adonis.net.tr website and the Adonis Telecom services. By using the site you accept them. When you buy an e-SIM, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract also apply, and prevail over these terms if they conflict.

2. The service
Adonis Telecom sells prepaid digital e-SIM plans that give travellers mobile data abroad. Connectivity is provided by local network operators in the destination. Coverage details, operator names and the compatible device list on the site are based on information from our infrastructure providers and are kept up to date with care.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a single-use code sent to your email or, where offered, with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or Adonis Workspace.
- You are responsible for the security of your email account and sign-in codes. Tell us straight away if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
- Our services are intended for people aged 18 or over.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time at support@adonis.net.tr.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or the e-SIM services:
- for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, unauthorised access, or in a way that infringes others’ rights;
- in breach of the laws of the country you are in or the local operator’s rules (such as fair use);
- to resell or rent them commercially without the seller’s written permission;
- in a way that disrupts the site, tries to defeat its security, or overloads it with automated tools.
If these rules are breached, the seller may suspend the service concerned in proportion to the breach, and will tell you why.
5. Prices and information
Prices on the site include all taxes and may change until you place your order. Once the order is concluded the price cannot change. If an order was taken at a price shown because of an obvious typing or system error, we will tell you and, if you wish, refund the full price.
6. Ana (virtual assistant)
Ana, the chat assistant on the site, is a rule-based helper that gives pre-written answers to common questions; it does not send what you type to our servers. Its information is general; for plan details, the plan page and the contract documents prevail.
7. Intellectual property
The “Adonis” trademark, logo, site design, text, images and software belong to the seller or its licensors and are protected by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Apart from personal, non-commercial use, they may not be copied, distributed or modified without permission.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services such as the payment page (Adonis Pay), sign-in providers, maps and social media. Those providers are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.
9. Liability
The seller must provide the service with the characteristics stated on the plan page. Local network speed and coverage, access restrictions imposed by foreign authorities, faults in your device, and your sharing the installation details are outside the seller’s control. This section does not limit the seller’s liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115), nor your consumer rights under Law No. 6502.
10. Personal data and cookies
Your personal data is processed in line with the KVKK Privacy Notice, and cookies in line with the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. Changes do not apply to orders already placed; those are governed by the documents in force when they were concluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and, after mandatory mediation, the Consumer Courts. Disputes with users who are not consumers go to the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
13. Language
The Turkish text of these terms is binding; texts in other languages are for information.
