Adonis Telecom is a business division of the Seller.

Buyer: the consumer who places an order on adonis.net.tr and whose name, email address and, optionally, WhatsApp number are taken during the order (the “Buyer”). The Buyer’s details as entered in the order form form an integral part of this contract.

Article 2 — Definitions

  • e-SIM: a mobile line profile installed digitally, without inserting a physical card.
  • Plan: a prepaid data service for a given country or region, period and data allowance.
  • Installation details: the QR code, SM-DP+ address and activation code used to install the e-SIM.
  • Durable medium: email or any similar means that lets the Buyer store information sent to or by them, review it for a reasonable time and reproduce it unchanged.

Article 3 — Subject

This contract sets out the parties’ rights and obligations, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the sale and delivery of the digital e-SIM data plan the Buyer orders online on adonis.net.tr.

Article 4 — Product, price and payment

The country or region covered, data allowance, validity, when validity starts, and the sale price including all taxes are as shown on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email. The order date appears in the order confirmation email. Payment is taken in full by card on Adonis Pay, protected by Garanti BBVA 3D Secure. The Seller cannot change the price once the order is concluded.

Article 5 — Delivery and performance

Once payment is confirmed, the Seller delivers the installation details electronically to the Buyer’s account page and registered email address. Delivery is complete when the installation details are made available to the Buyer. If a technical problem occurs, the Seller completes delivery within 24 hours at the latest.

If the Seller learns that performance has become impossible, it informs the Buyer by email within three days and refunds everything it has received within fourteen days of that notice.

Article 6 — Seller’s obligations

  • To provide the plan with the characteristics stated on the plan page and in the order summary.
  • To provide support by email, phone and the account page during installation and use.
  • To process and protect the Buyer’s personal data in line with the KVKK Privacy Notice.
  • To issue the invoice for the sale electronically and send it to the Buyer.

Article 7 — Buyer’s obligations

  • To check before ordering that the device supports e-SIM and is not carrier-locked. The Buyer confirms this at checkout.
  • To give accurate, current details in the order form, in particular a correct email address.
  • Not to share the QR code or activation code with others. The Seller is not liable for loss arising from the Buyer sharing them.
  • To contact support before deleting an installed e-SIM; an e-SIM can be installed only once.
  • To use the service lawfully and in line with the laws of the country where it is used, and not to resell it commercially.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

Under article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, this contract, which concerns services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, carries no right of withdrawal. The Buyer acknowledges having been told this at the pre-information stage and at checkout.

Article 9 — Defective performance and refunds

If the service is defective, the Buyer may, under article 15 of Law No. 6502, choose to have it performed again, a price reduction proportionate to the defect, or to terminate the contract. If the e-SIM cannot be delivered, or a technical fault attributable to the Seller cannot be resolved, the price is refunded to the card used for payment as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. How long the refund takes to reach the card depends on the Buyer’s bank.

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller has informed the Buyer that connectivity is provided by local network operators and that speed and coverage vary by location, network and device. The Seller is not liable for faults in the Buyer’s device, for the Buyer sharing the installation details or deleting the e-SIM, or for access restrictions imposed by foreign authorities. This article does not limit the Seller’s liability for intent or gross negligence, nor the Buyer’s rights under Law No. 6502.

Article 11 — Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a temporary failure to perform caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, decisions of competent authorities or widespread network or power outages. If force majeure means the e-SIM cannot be delivered or cannot be used at all, the price is refunded.

Article 12 — Notices and records

Notices are sent to the email address the Buyer gives when ordering and to the Seller’s contact details above. The Seller’s electronic records may be used as evidence under the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100; this does not remove the Buyer’s right to submit evidence to the contrary.

Article 13 — Disputes

This contract is governed by Turkish law. Disputes within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the Buyer lives or where the transaction took place; disputes above those limits go to the Consumer Courts, after the mandatory mediation required by article 73/A of Law No. 6502.

Article 14 — Entry into force

The contract is concluded when the Buyer confirms at checkout that they have read and accept this contract and the Pre-Information Form, and completes payment. The contract is drawn up in Turkish; texts in other languages are for information. A copy of this contract and the Pre-Information Form is emailed to the Buyer with the order confirmation and kept by the Seller for three years.
