How to install your e-SIM

Step-by-step e-SIM installation for iPhone and Android — add your plan with a QR code and be online in minutes.

Install it before you fly, turn it on when you land.

  1. Open Settings and tap "Cellular" (or "Mobile Service").
  2. Tap "Add eSIM", then choose "Use QR Code".
  3. Scan the QR code from your delivery email or your account page.
  4. Give the new line a label, for example "Adonis Travel".
  5. Keep your main SIM for calls, and select the Adonis e-SIM for Cellular Data.
  6. When you arrive, switch on Data Roaming for the Adonis line.
  1. Open Settings, then "Network & internet", then "SIMs".
  2. Tap "Add eSIM" (on some phones: "Download a SIM instead?").
  3. Scan the QR code from your delivery email or your account page.
  4. Confirm the download and activate the new line.
  5. Set the Adonis e-SIM as your mobile data SIM.
  6. When you arrive, switch on Data Roaming for the Adonis line.

The QR code can only be scanned once. If anything goes wrong, contact support instead of deleting the e-SIM.
